Accommodation

Double Room

These two-bedded boutique hotel rooms feature views of the interior urban landscape or street-scape of downtown New Orleans. They contain a black on black velveteen sitting chair, a Sony LCD screen, a iHome player, white sheers and drapes, Modern Fan Company's Flute fan and a Carrera topped desk. Many include a large glass shower.

Rockstar

The "Rockstar" rooms offer a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of downtown New Orleans. Located on the 11th floor, without windows, these hotel rooms average 340 sf. They are a favorite among touring band-members like REM and bachelorettes or bachelors who really want sleep, beauty sleep, any sleep, ... REM sleep.

Queen Room

Remarkably pleasant and cozy spaces, the Queen Rooms offer one of the best places to stay in New Orleans, celebrating contemporary New Orleans style. Each of these 44 guest rooms offers a spa-like bathroom with a large glass shower or tub, abundant natural light and original black and white photography of today's local music greats snapped by the unequalled Herman Leonard among others.

King Room

The King Rooms offer partial city views and celebrate New Orleans beyond the obvious:  an ensemble of unique architecture, colorful characters, joyful culture, music and climate unlike any other city in America.  With 12’ ceilings, the focal point of this room is a sprawling California King accented with “glamour-gray” charcoal bed skirts and throw pillows – is framed theatrically by 24” wall sconces to enliven the guest experience. Many of the rooms include a 6’ glass shower. Each offers a Carrera marble desk, Sony LCD screen, Aveda bath amenities and Modern Fan Company’s handsome Flute fan.

Garden King

The Garden Kings are among the quietest rooms in the boutique hotel and are located nearest the fitness room. Situated on the third floor, each hotel room faces an interior garden comprised entirely of local sculpture and indigenous landscape. They are a favorite of the fittest among our repeat guests and some of the artisans moving to this city. LM Pagano's take on the large California King bed - 7' tufted headboard with matching base platform and layers upon layers of white on white linens is framed by tall hammered-nickel lamps with pleated, white, linen shades. Each offers a Carrera marble desk top, Sony LCD screen, the designer's namesake "LM chair-and-a-half", 5' x 8' mirror and Aveda bath amenities.

Panoramic Corner King

For many, these eight corner guest rooms offer the most compelling experience of any hotel in downtown New Orleans. With 12' ceilings and two window-walls of natural light clad in theatrical sheers and velveteen drapes, each room feels particularly spacious and freeing to the human spirit. Like New Orleans, there is an ecclesiastical and handmade element woven into the design.

Metropolitan Master Suite

Located just off the hotel's Magdalena Gallery, the distinctive feature in this New Orleans guest suite is the bathroom. Its vanity and glass shower are the hotel’s largest. The alluring composition of elongated, granite vanity, elegant mirror and lighting draped with cascading strands of Swarovski crystal adds sensual sophistication to this space.

Cosmopolitan Corner Suite

Two uncommon features in this suite with soaking tub and a window-wall that includes built-in limestone seating, which draws guests to view the bustling cityscape of downtown New Orleans below. Furnishings form an eclectic mix: Deep plush sofa. Hammered-nickel lamps with pleated, white-linen shades. Objects bought. Antiqued velvet. Ruined finery. Oversized mirrors. Ecclesiastical symbols. Crystal chandelier. Wrought iron. Objects found. One bequeathed. Copper. Aveda. A custom closet. Honed marble. Smart Water. The gifted Herman Leonard's classic black and whites, and two Sharp flat-screens. A favorite for privacy, romance and passion, this space feels more like a cosmopolitan pied-a-terre than hotel room. It is located just past the hotel’s Magdalena art gallery.

Studio Penthouse

The obvious appeal of these slightly smaller penthouse hotel rooms is the handsomely furnished private terrace, offering outside lounge seating, southwestern sunsets and city views. True to New Orleans style, there is a handmade element woven into the interiors. Local artist Erica Larkin’s hand-crafted bedside tables and totem inspired café tables are topped with honed Calacatta gold.

Cityscape Penthouse

A wrap-around terrace is the unique focal point of this champagne and white penthouse hotel suite overlooking downtown New Orleans and aptly named "Cityscape". Stretching along Camp Street, with an expansive wall of glass doors that opens onto an extensive terrace, this space reveals arguably the most compelling views in the entire hotel. This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom penthouse benefits from an extravagantly sized ottoman, together with a pair of designer Pagano's own so called "LM Chairs" - velvet-tufted chairs-and-a-half washed in warm light from her silk-covered crystal chandelier.

Muse Terrace Penthouse

Overlooking the Mississippi River and the French Quarter, with one bedroom and 1.5 baths. This penthouse hotel room and terrace, with its ebony baby-grand piano, beckon the restless muse within, as does an expansive playpen daybed fabricated in Italian chenille by Los Angeles craftsman Gabriel Victor. A worn 6' Carrera top rests on vintage champagne racks, alluding whimsically to a Francophile history while serving as inventive dining table/desk. In one corner, a crystal chandelier dressed in a diaphanous silk shade glows. Washed velvet curtains over white batiste sheers hang from wrought iron rods. Parting a dramatic pair of Fortuny velvet panels leads to the 8' x 11' linen-covered headboard and bed dressed with layers of white bedding, as well as the hotel's finest master bathroom.
